The company sells high end CZ jewelry. However, they have no customer service skills, never return phone calls or respond to e-mails. Once you spend your initial $3000-$6000 they do not care about any future orders you may want to place. They send you jewelry that is broken and they do not even try to replace it. You get nothing but excuses and they do everything they can to avoid you. You just get one excuse after the other. They are horrible to work with and I would warn anyone against even trying. You are better off to buy a line of jewelry elsewhere that you want to represent in your store. There is nothing more embarassing than someone spending $400.00 on a tennis bracelet and getting a call almost immediately that it has broken. Good luck trying to get your money back or replace the item. You are the one out the money that the item cost you. They cause nothing but frustration. I spent so much money on other business related items (business cards, bags, gift certificates)and they do not even care when I try to explain that they have cost me a lot of money that I have saved up to start a new company. Save yourself the headache and move on.
