This company has been taking advantage of people with financial problems in the past and when you deal with this company, no matter how hard you try to make your financial situation sorted out, they will keep making it difficult.I have been paying $379.00 a month for 4 years and my loan balance is not going anywhere and when asked to explain why that is, I learned that only $141.00 goes to the actual loan and that the rest goes to interest for everyday the payment is late no matter that I have been sending payment and most times I don't even get an invoice and they deny receiving payments. So either way, I get penalized, my fault or not. I can never speak to anyone every time I call, The just say send payment or else!
