We offer 3 levels of service. Basic, Professional and Executive. We ask the questions that were purchased and do everything we can to get a response. Sometimes the former employer will not give complete information. Having a friend or relative make the call could be a big mistake. Having that information from a friend or family member will not help you if you seek legal representation. Use an independent third party if you really want to know.
