DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give them a zero star I would!!
I purchased a body kit for my car, specifically my year, make, model. Their website indicates that these are close to OEM & guarantee satisfaction. Upon receiving the kit, the front bumper was cracked (not nearly as durable as advertised). Duraflex is nothing better than plain old fiberglass- do not waste your $$. It took weeks to get a replacement, resulting in the kit not being able to be installed. The 2nd bumper was cracked. Deciding to not wait again, I decided to pay to have it fixed instead. Due to the issues with the cracked bumpers and delays in getting a replacement, my appointment to have it installed with a shop kept geting pushed back. Once in the shop and old parts removed, discovered that the rear bumper was over 4 inches too wide. Have been fighting with Bodykits & Duraflex (Extreme Dimensions) since trying to get a refund for a product not made to fit my car as indicated. This variance is far too large to correct without rebuilding the entire bumper. They kept making me send them emails, pictures, etc over and over. I called more than once a day with little or no response. The company kept indicating they would have an answer for me only to keep delaying, pushing this purchase beyond 8 weeks since order with no resolution. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am seeking dispute resolution through Visa. Buyer Beware- DO NOT buy anything from this company.
