I love Barry's Tickets. I saw the other complaints about the cost of thier tickets, but unless you go to a lot of shows, you wouldn't know that every other agency does the exact same thing but thier prices are even higher. Every time I've ever ordered tickets from BarrysTickets.com, whether online, in their office, OR over the phone, my tickets always arrive via FedEx and I never have to stress. During the 2009 Dodgers season, on more than one occasion I bought last-minute tickets, especially during playoff's, and picked them up that same day from their down-town office; which by the way, is right across from the Staples Center- a good thing to know if you like the Lakers or Kings.
It depends on what you are looking for from a ticket agency, but with Barry's Tickets, their prices are competetive, their selection of inventory is great, their customer service will address any issue you have, and I love that you can either ship your tickets or pick them up. I've lived in Los Angeles for twelve years and have used Barry's Tickets for everything. I am seeing U2 in June and I can't wait. I saw Radiohead August 2008 and grabbed some Garden Box seats for one of the best Radiohead shows ever. They are just an all- around great ticket agency that I feel understands what's important to the customer.
