This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations, and I just wanted to stop by to say so! I can't believe the other reviewer was dealing with the same company I was dealing with - they must have been quite unreasonable!
I bought 15 wigs for a high school production. Renee went out of her way to find styles for me that she didn't have listed on her auctions. Unfortunately for us (but not Renee's fault!), the box arrived damaged from the USPS with a big hole - three of the wigs were missing! I figured I was really out of luck, especially since I had not purchased insurance, but I decided to ask anyway. Renee had the three missing wigs sent to me from her supplier AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, and I had them in two days!!
The wigs were also awesome quality. The Diana Ross wig was the hit of the show!
No one should have any qualms about using this company. Ask for Renee - she is the best and will help you any way she can.
