I would not recommend this gym at all. It is way to small, the staff are rude with no customer service. They are more in to making sure they have your money. The gym is always crowded even if there are only 5 people working out as the gym is the size of a small room. The trainers that come in are great and I would have them go somewhere else to train as there is nothing remotely positive about this gym or the owners. I would not give it one star.
