My son received the guitar hero world tour for Christmas of "08". We played the game for a month and that's when everything started going down hill. First I tried taking it back to Best Buy with the original receipt only to be told that I miss the so-called grace period at that I should contact the manufacturer. Second, contacted Activision to inform them of my problem only to be sent to red octane. They had me send in the drum set to them. I waited for about two weeks and received some of the parts. When I contacted them about my son's cymbals, they said that they send the extra parts separately. Guess what it has been a month since then and still no cymbals. I called them today to find out what's going on, the customer service rep said that she had to send the complaint over to her supervisor and that they will get back to me. At this point, I am very upset all I wanted was to exchange the game for a new one or simply get my money back. It's a challenge to either. When you have someone telling you to be patient, what do you do when you have been? I'm utterly disgusted by the way this company handles their customer affairs. If you are reading this before you buy from them please BEWARE!
