This product was supposed to save us so much time, and it got such great reviews, that our small business invested the several thousand dollars in it to save my husband and I from all the accounting nightmares we faced. It has been nothing but problem after problem ever since. It took over two months to even get it set up because of their blunders and shipping us the wrong hardware several times. I had to put my real job on hold for over two months to handle the set-up and employee training, and it is so un-intuitive that my employees still don't get it after six months. Their support is TERRIBLE and costs a fortune. We bought v. 2010 two months before 2011 shipped, and they want to charge us full price for the upgrade, which we need because we need to upgrade QuickBooks to make their software work. It freezes and crashes constantly, and if you're lucky, you'll get support in a few days. Don't bother CALLING for support because you'll wait in the "queue," which is hours long. I am not exaggerating. Send an email, and they'll get back to you eventually. Maybe. You might even get lucky and get one of the good support people who won't tell you you're an idiot. Find another POS system!
