Aricol Investments Inc, President: Beatriz Collareta, VP José Arribas, performed a very lousy service. The company was supposed to take care of our vacation property in Weston. They were resposible for picking up mail, hiring and paying for land mowers, cleaning the pool, and reporting any damage or irregularity in the property. The payment was $550 each quarter (every three months) in advance. In our last minute trip to our vacation home locate in Golfview Drive, Weston, our family could not use the swimming pool. It was not clean and it had algae growth. Once our mail box was put on fire and I believe it happened because the mail was overflowed, nobody picked it up. When we talked to Mrs Collareta she always had an excuse for not rendering the service already paid. When neighbors saw the pool and we told them the name BEATRIZ Arribas-Collatera, they explained that they had to fire her because her service was very LOUSY. I tried to complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) but their company in not in their database. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
