I spoke with Victor first, only spoke with Melanie briefly. When I decided to use this company it was mainly on the price they offered, which was my first mistake. I did speak with 2 other companies that were higher in price and had a better rating with BBB. I thought I would give this company a chance. The price that was quoted to me was not the price I actually ended up paying. I did read a review that said that is how this company operated. I spoke to mainly English speaking people, Victor and Melanie, but the people who came to move my furniture, a different story. One spoke very broken English and the other spoke no English at all. Apparently my furniture got tossed to and fro at least twice but most likely 3 times before delivery. Delivery was a big mixup, coming a week early, with about a 4 hour notice to me. Many things had been damaged, my kitchen chairs were scraped, one had a large chunk taken out, a knob om my kitchen table was missing, my bedrail was broken and the headboard was damaged. In all my years of moving, I have never used professional movers, always myself, family and friends moved me, never, ever had there been any damage to my things. I hire a company that claims to be professional and this is what happens makes one very discouraged. Next time, if there is a next time, I will absolutley go with the A+ rating from BBB, not a company with a D ratting. Oh yes, I have placed 2 calls to Melanie who has yet to call me back.
