Need to know if Liberty Lending Review out of Santa Ana, CA is a legitimate company.

Does anyone have personal experience with Liberty Lending Review out of Santa Ana, CA. I have been approached by them to help me with my loan mod. They are claiming they can put the papers together to send to my 1st mortgage lender and as a result my lender will give me a principal reduction to the current market value of my home and will also give me a new fixed rate loan @ 2% for 30 years. They charge $595.00 up front fees and apparently take money off the back end?? Sounds too good to be true.
